After months of attacking the creators of Sesame Street and the Muppets for allegedly using tax funds to teach children across America about non-conservative values, Kermit and Miss Piggy finally respond:
In case you are wondering what the journalist is asking about, over the course of the last few months, commentators and anchors on Fox News have been attacking kids’ programming (both public and private) for “brainwashing our kids.”
During the December 2 edition of Fox Business’ Follow the Money, host Eric Bolling discussed the plot to the Muppets movie with Media Research Center’s Dan Gainor. Noting that the antagonist of the film is an oil tycoon named “Tex Richman,” Bolling asked, “Is liberal Hollywood using class warfare to kind of brainwash our kids?” Gainor responded by saying: “Yeah, absolutely. And they’ve been doing it for decades.”
During the segment, on-screen text asked, “Are liberals trying to brainwash your kids against capitalism?”

But the questions didn’t stop with Eric Bolling. Other prominent figures at Fox News also had questions about public and private programming for kids. Sean Hannity brought on his “Great American Panel” to discuss the liberal “bias” portrayed on Sesame Street.
And Fox and Friends in the morning carried on the conversation about whether SpongeBob Squarepants held a liberal bias as well:

Watch as Eric Bolling slams Sesame Street for showing kids that there are hungry children in this country:
More fear that the muppets are introducing Obama ideology:
And if you haven’t torn your hair out by now…

Fox “News” accusing someone else of “brainwashing” is really, really rich indeed.
What a bunch of maroons…
You don’t won’t to see Miss Piggy when she’s angry!!!
Why do I suspect that anything promoting compassion or empathy or understanding other people would be considered “brainwashing with a liberal bias” by FOX Entertainment? (I refuse to call them FOX News)
Can anything good come out of FOX Entertainment?
Family Guy…

The problem is that most liberals want to “promote compassion or empathy or understanding” on the backs of the most productive in our society (i.e. those who work hard, defer gratification, are self reliant, and show initiative). The biggest offender is BHO who uses every opportunity to take from the productive class and redistribute to the “entitled” poor in his quest for equality of outcome as opposed to equality of opportunity. There are really very few deserving poor in USA.
Really? Of the millions living in poverty, there are only a handful of “deserving” people? Citation please – or is that original research you’ve done?
It does go to show that a pro-oil company agenda is a primary Republican “value”…
Why even listen to Fox? I don’t and I’m doing just fine. Those people can be replaced w/ a simple turn of the dial or push of a button. The intellect quotient at Fox is, well, just underwhelming and I have more impotant things to do w/ my time……Muppets, anyone?
